I would like to try this recipe, but can’t seem to find it on your site. I touched the picture and it didn’t take me to the recipe. Please send me the recipe and let me know how to find the actual recipes on your site. This one looks great.

Hi Nina, most of my recipes are located right on my site. This one is located on the SweetLeaf stevia webiste. The link was within the text but I added it to the picture as well so that you can click on the picture and be taken to the SweetLeaf page with the recipe. Thanks for checking it out!

    Cara,
I’m making the mint chocolate whoopee pies and have a question: is there supposed to be stevia in the filling? It’s not listed in ingredients for filling, but is mentioned in the recipe section.
Thanks, I’m excited to have this great recipe!!

      Hi Gabby,
Yes it’s 1 teaspoon peppermint stevia drops in the filling. I just double checked and saw it listed, let me know again if for some reason you don’t! Enjoy 🙂

oh, thanks, that makes sense. I used regular peppermint oil, so i’ll just add a bit of stevia.
can’t wait for the 1st bite!!

another mid-baking question 🙂 for the cakes – how long should it take for the egg whites and stevia to become fluffy when using the electric mixer?
    thanks, gabby

Hi Gabby, I’m sorry I didn’t get to this right away – I’m sure you are done by now! But it is actually the whole eggs that are beaten, not just the whites. It should take no more than a few minutes. Hope these turned out well, let me know!

    Cara,
I did get them done and brought them to a work potluck – and the most finicky eater in the group really liked them! So do I, and I’ve had a request for the recipe. So thanks for the help and the good recipe!
