Mediterranean White Bean & Tuna Salad Collard Wraps

Are the kids already bored with back-to-school lunches? Feeling a little rut about brown-bagging it to work?

Try my favorite tuna salad, chock full o’beans and walnuts for extra hearty fiber and healthy fat. Wrap it up in a collard leaf for something pretty and different! These babies will keep for a few days in the fridge, making a perfect grab-and-go item for your lunch box.

These look perfect! I am so happy collards are coming into season! I can’t wait to use greens again for wraps.

I love the fact that you used collard greens for this. They wrap so well!
