Cauliflower Tabbouleh with Raisins & Pistachios

Labor Day may have come and gone but summer’s not over yet. At least, I hope not. While my beach days might be done, I fully intend on enjoying another bowl of this cool, tangy and sweet salad – perhaps on the deck with a glass of malbec rose, instead of in the sand like I did last time.

I love how colorful it is! This sounds so much more appealing to me than regular tabbouleh for some reason.

Sadly, I absolutely abhor cauliflower, but that’s a realllllly good idea, and very pretty. 🙂

This looks like such a lovely recipe, and I love the different colours in it.
When I clicked on the link for the recipe, however, it would not link to anything. Do you know if the recipe has been moved or deleted?
    Thanks.
