Asian Kale & Tofu Salad |
Are you being graced by crisp, fall air yet? The good news is, the farmers’ markets are still bountiful with hearty vegetables like winter squash, apples, cabbage and kale, some of my favorites. Hopefully you can find some of the last two – colorful, fresh, and local – to make my Asian Kale & Crispy Tofu Salad.
