Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Healthy New Year: A Rosh Hashanah Cooking Class

Big News –

I’m teaching my very first cooking class!
And if you happen to live nearby, I sincerely hope you’ll consider coming! I would love to meet you 🙂

Do you live in the Central Massachusetts area and would you like to learn how to prepare an EASY and DELICIOUS gluten-free and dairy-free Rosh Hashanah dinner?

You’re in luck! Join me and my good friend Ellen (The Gluten Free Diva), two Worcester foodies and bloggers with a passion for good health and nutrition.

In this class, you will prepare and enjoy a full feast of traditional dishes with a healthful spin, including options for meat-eaters and vegans alike.

Please see attached flyer for full details: GF&DF Rosh Hashanah 2012

PS: We are considering offering a second session on Friday, September 14th, during the daytime. Please let me know if this would be of interest!

Update: Here’s a sneak peak! I just perfected the dessert! I don’t care if you’re not gluten-free, vegan, or a health nut, you’re totally gonna love this one.

I think this would be so much fun to attend. And a gluten free challah sounds really interesting.
