Friends, I’ve been keeping something from you since August.
A full week in August where I managed to use my slow cooker(s) about 10 times in 7 days.
This from a girl who supposedly hated the slow cooker and couldn’t fathom eating pot roast and stuffed peppers in the middle of a sweaty heat wave. (Hate’s a strong word. It was actually nice not to have to turn on the stove or oven!)
Look – there she is! Um, there I am!
So what exactly did I contribute to become a “featured contributor”?

No, you can’t actually make them at the same time (Mom.) But they do like pretty side-by-side, yes?
All in all, there are deliciously different and clean recipes. If you subscribe, you should already have this in your mailbox. Lucky you! If not, well, get on that, because there’s going to be more of me 🙂 And in the meantime, look for this issues on newsstands beginning December 27th.
