Pumpkin Whoopies (Gluten-Free, Low-Carb): Guest Post on All Day I Dream About Food |
Have I got a treat for you today! I feel like I’ve been lacking in treats lately. Totally slacking in land of pumpkin-crazed bloggers. Which is funny, since I had previously earned a reputation among some friends and readers as being the ultimate Pumpkin Princess.
But I’m making up for it today, with these irresistible Pumpkin Whoopie Pies which happen to be gluten-free and low-carb too. I created them as a guest post for Carolyn of All Day I Dream About Food. Her baking style happens to be my inspiration for these goodies, so I hope you’ll poke around her beautiful blog after checking out today’s post!
Want more pumpkin? Don’t miss these household favorites:
Thai Peanut Pumpkin Hummus
Pumpkin White Bean Shephard’s Pie (I actually ran into a friend last night who just tried this recipe and loved it!)
High Fiber, High Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
Baked Pumpkin Cranberry Oatmeal Pudding
Pumpkin & Turkey Enchiladas with Cranberry Mole
And, check out the Pumpkin Party Blog Hop at No One Likes Crumbly Cookies. If there’s a party with pumpkin, you know I’ll be there. Thanks for the invitation, TR!
For healthier treats of all kinds, check out Slightly Indulgent Tuesdays over at Simply Sugar and Gluten Free, where I’m linking up this recipe.
PS: Sorry for the delay in announcing the 5 winners of the Il de France Giveaway, but here they are! Congrats to Emily, Tiffany, dg1479, Jennifer Thomson, and Cookingirl. You will all receive emails from me shortly.

I love a good whoopie pie. Â They are always adorable and can be scaled up or down for so many sizes. Â I'm voting for the to be the next cupcake.
