Have I got a treat for you today! I feel like I’ve been lacking in treats lately. Totally slacking in land of pumpkin-crazed bloggers. Which is funny, since I had previously earned a reputation among some friends and readers as being the ultimate Pumpkin Princess.
But I’m making up for it today, with these irresistible Pumpkin Whoopie Pies which happen to be gluten-free and low-carb too. I created them as a guest post for Carolyn of All Day I Dream About Food.
