Curried Eggplant Turkey Burgers with Mango Raita |
A while ago I bragged about my not-so-secret talent for making turkey burgers.
Turkey burgers that are always moist and tender, never a bit dry, and bursting with flavor in every bite.
Well, it turns out that beans aren’t my only trick. I had another one up my sleeve, that I was dying to share with you, but couldn’t ’till now.
Head over to Clean Eating Magazine to see my recipe for Curried Eggplant Turkey Burgers with Mango Raita.

I much prefer turkey burgers over beef burgers now – beef just seems to rich. Your burger looks great!
