Massaged Kale “Cobb” Salad with Crispy Eggplant “Bacon” |
And in case you missed it, yesterday Jen and I launched our joint project, Bloggers Bake for Hope. Please check out my announcement to learn how you can help support the fight against breast cancer buy baking and/or buying goodies from your favorite bloggers. We hope you’ll join us in supporting the cause!
And one more thing… don’t forget about my Seder Plate Challenge! If you have an idea for a dish inspired by any of the ingredients on the Passover Seder Plate (Egg, Charoset, Green Vegetable, Bitter Herb, Shank Bone, Salt Water, or Matzoh) get it up on your blog and send me a link by Sunday! Or, if you would like to share something already on your blog that fits the criteria, that works too. Be sure to check out the original post for all the details.
