… That this weekend I made not one, but TWO homemade, full-fat-real-deal ice creams? Bet you didn’t see that coming! One was almond butter and the other was banana. Both were heavenly.
I'm Cara, lover of creative, clean food and healthy living. Pumpkin, goat cheese, and eggplant make me swoon. I have an insatiable sweet tooth and desire to lift heavy things.

haha… sadly, there are no blog entries forthcoming… I made them for a family gathering, and I am the absolute worst when it comes to documenting food from parties/holidays/etc! No time to plate nicely and too much commotion to have a photo shoot. But I will tell you the banana ice cream came from Dave Liebowitz and the almond butter ice cream from the Barney Butter website and both can be found by googling 🙂 (and yes, totally worth the splurge! In fact, I'm gonna splurge a little more tonight since I still have some in the freezer!)
