Spiced Pumpkin, Lentil & Goat Cheese Salad |
I had every reason not to blog this recipe.
1) I mostly blog original creations, and this is not.
2) I only loosely followed the recipe. Actually, I didn’t measure a thing. So I have no recipe to share.
3) I hardly intended to get a picture of it, never mind a decent one, because I served this at a Hanukkah party to a kitchen full of hungry friends.
But in the end, I got a picture. One I quite like and wanted to share. And the salad was way too good to go completely unmentioned. So there you have it – my photo, and a link to the original recipe to do with what you wish. Enjoy!

I'm not really a goat cheese fan, but with pumpkin? This I may have to try!
